Beginning June 5, 2020, the following policies are in effect for all on-location and in-studio sessions with Sophia Grace Photography, LLC. In order for your session to take place, you must acknowledge reading, understanding and agreeing to these terms.
You are kindly asked to follow these rules diligently, to sustain a healthy and safe session during this unique time. It is important that we all respond responsibly and safely during this time.
This policy includes measures Sophia Grace Photography, LLC is actively taking to mitigate the spread of coronavirus. This coronavirus (Covid-19) policy is subject to change to align with government guidelines.
When You Arrive For Your Session
Please wait in your car and text Carolyn at 484-474-0628. She will respond back when she is ready for you.
If you have cold symptoms, such as cough/sneezing/fever, are feeling ill or if anyone you have been in contact with had a positive COVID-19 test result or if you, yourself or anyone in your immediate family is awaiting a COVID-19 test result, please reschedule your appointment.
I will notify you prior to your session if I or any members of my family display symptoms or have been exposed to someone testing positive for Covid-19. Your session will be rescheduled if I develop symptoms or have had any known exposure. In the event I reschedule your session, there will be no monies due until 48-hours prior to the rescheduled session date. In the event you have paid the retainer, you may either use it towards the rescheduled session or have it refunded.
Studio Safety
All Sophia Grace Photography personnel will temperature check prior to each session and wear a mask throughout the session.
All clients (over the age of 2) will be required to wear a mask throughout the entire session except for the brief time family photos are taken. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you.
Please use hand sanitizer at the door to the studio when you arrive.
There will no longer be snacks or water available. Please bring your own food and water items.
There will no longer be toys available for siblings. Please bring items to entertain your child while they are not being photographed.
There will only be one newborn session scheduled per day to allow adequate time to disinfect the studio area, common area and all props and wraps between clients.
Unless you are in the studio for a newborn session, we will do our best to maintain a 6ft distance except for minor adjustments.
There will be no additional people allowed at your session. Siblings, spouses, children or caregivers who are not being photographed cannot attend your session.
If at ANY point prior to your session, you or anyone in your group develops symptoms or has come in contact with someone confirmed to have Covid-19, you MUST reschedule your session.
Symptoms of Covid-19 include: Fever Fatigue Cough Headache Shortness of breath / difficulty breathing Loss of taste or smell Muscle Pain Sore Throat Chills

I understand the above symptoms and affirm that I, as well as all household members, do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed above WITHIN THE LAST 14 DAYS.
I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS.
I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS.
I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not traveled outside of the country, or to any city considered to be a hot spot for COVID-19 infections WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS.
I understand that Sophia Grace Photography, LLC cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each client.
I agree to release Carolyn Banks, photographer of any liability if you are unable to be photographed because your session is rescheduled for illness related reasons.
